This is a training and eating plan specifically designed for you to improve your conditioning for rugby.  It can be specific to your position, in season or pre season. Whatever your goal I design the plan for you. It will focus on strength, power, speed and fitness with every session outlined in detail It also contains a daily eating plan with meal options every day specific to dropping body fat and toning up. It can also be adjusted on a weekly basis if needed.
