This morning I took my final weigh in on the 8 week plan. I am now 59.1kgs. I treated myself to having porridge with milk with the boys (they were so excited that I was eating the same as them, they made it this morning). Now today is over I have found that I have done 20mins of Pilates, walked to and from school (5miles), and workout 1. This plan never ends and I would like to ask you if you have any tips to help me redefine my goals so in two weeks I can start again and keep moving forward.
