I lost 3 stone on my 12 week plan
It’s Very Simple!
That’s my headline for the Non Evans Healthy eating plan and exercise plan- it says it all! It IS very simple! I guess the simplicity is based on Non’s perspective to it!
I’ve known Non for many years, admired her amazing Sporting career, and if there is one thing I know about Non she’s 100% towards everything!
After taking the plunge, it was a very swift and easy process to setting myself up on the plan. And throughout the 12 weeks, it’s a pretty simple plan to follow.
You have the opportunity to be as adventgorous with your meals as you want, but for me, simplicity works, and having lost a substantial ammount on the plan, it’s changed my perspective on food, and eating.
It’s made me plan my meals, made me think of what I’m eating, and ultimatley chaging habits - for the better!
I’m also a bit of a social media bloke, and to see Non’s tweets on a daily basis - reminded’s you to stay on track, and to stick with it!
Her 24 x 7 approach also is fab! Even it’s the most stupid question ever, drop her a line, and the advice will come back.
It’s such a simple approach, and one that realy works - long term
