Hope you're well. Today's weigh in .....57.7kg! And 0.5" lost around my waist and hips and 1% body fat (27.5).
I'm probably 80% compliant to the eating plan - finding it hard to get the 6th meal in, and 90% with the training plan- seated row was one of the excersises on day 3, could only do 1 dip!
I'm feel great and not getting tired or sluggish and sleeping better.
