Its been a few months since i completing your 8weeks plan, for training and nutrition, but mainly nutrition. Ive always been active person, excercise is not a problem. Before i started the plan i had a few health issues and also felt im turn 40 and i wanted to tone up. Loose weight, wasnt my goal but 12lbs came off by the end of the 8weeks. Currently Im training (with 3 weeks to go) for a huge '6 in 6 Challenge' its 6 Snowdonia Marathons in 6 days, 0ct 19-24. Over 157miles in 6 days. So on top of the training i decided to go back on the healthy plan, now ive lost weight but havent, im still 12st 12lbs and have been for months, but my clothes are hanging off me, its bascially toned my body. Combination the Non's healthy eating plan, dicipline, determination, and also the running, has kept me in shape and feeling good.
How will i feel after the 6 marathons!!!
