I can recommend the 8 week plan. I was never hungry I was always planning what to eat next! Being organised is the key and anticipating the pitfalls. It's realistic and works! I feel full or energy, I fit a lot more into my day and sleep a lot better. It's also nice to see my waist again!' I lost nearly 3 stone in 8 weeks. This is a lifestyle change not a diet or a training plan. It was designed just for me which is why I think I did so well.
